Rise & Fall

“Rise & Fall” was recently on view at the Shevlin Crossing Gallery in Bend, Oregon. In the exhibition, I shared a curated selection of new work created from January 2026 through the start of the exhibition April 16th. In “Rise & Fall”, one of my primary themes of impermanence is visualized via my process of quadrangular degradation. In this body of work I focus on two very different, but intrinsically connected subjects: The rapidly disappearing forest, and the seemingly eternal sun.
