In this abstract, framed, ready-to-hang acrylic painting, an array of simple, precise, yet decaying geometric, mars black elements create a vaporizing schematic akin to human skull. The skull is a subject I always come back to for practice, likely because skulls are incredibly symbolic to me. They are often the only things that remain when we’re gone. Remnants of one.. of families that perish together. Of civilizations now extinct. They are the evidence of us when nothing else is left.
