Fallen 02 - Acrylic on Panel - 5 x 5 x 1.5 inches / 6 x 6 x 2 inches framed

As trees move into their seasonal slumber, pigments in their foliage are masked, revealing others more intense and surprising. Over a short time, their leaves are severed, and the process ultimately results in their fall and decay. This year, I felt the need to document our "Fall"... to capture it's palette, and interpret it's most symbolic element, the fallen leaf, with my schema process and style. Each painting in this collection is a result of the graphic interpretation of a leaf in it's glorious decay. All graphic elements are designed, drawn, masked, painted and hydraulically degraded resulting in a geometric skeleton of it's former self. Size & Framing: The dimensions of this piece unframed are 5 x 5 x 1.5 inches. Framed the dimensions are 6 x 6 x 2 inches. The substrate is cradled birch panel.  All paintings are wrapped in high quality hardwood frames of white oak, natural walnut, ebonized walnut or gray washed cherry. Each comes neatly packaged and ready to hang with a hangz sawtooth hanger hand embedded in the frame, and hangz wall hardware. 

Materials & Quality: Each painting is created with professional artists quality paint and materials, is one-of-a-kind and has the unique qualities of a hand-crafted work of art. Please examine the images closely for details as they have not been altered or retouched in any way. 

Shipping: Artwork will ship within 5 to 7 business days of final payment. Each artwork will be wrapped in acid-free glassine, bubble wrap and packed securely in a custom box. Shipping times will vary based on location and shipping method selected. NOTE FOR COLLECTORS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: At purchase, the website may charge you shipping above the actual shipping amount. If I find this to be the case, I will refund the difference in shipping after the artwork has been received by you. Any import taxes, duties or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
