I'm grounded by stones. Running them through my hands, appreciating the texture manifested by time and the elements creates peace in otherwise tumultuous times. Over the past few years, I've developed a unique style and approach to creating stone watercolors. My stones attempt to re-create that feeling of peace and weathering in simple, yet precarious arrangements, with varied complex textures.
Size & Framing: The outer dimensions are 9 x 11.5 inches. Unless otherwise specified, all paintings are sold unframed, and have a border area to accommodate standard edge to edge framing without using a mat. I recommend this method of framing, or floating the print within a frame using frame spacers.
Materials & Quality: Each original artwork is painted on Arches Hot pressed 300 gsm / 140 lb watercolor paper. Each painting is unique and has the unique qualities of a hand-crafted work of art. Please examine the images closely for details as they have not been altered or retouched in any way.
Shipping: Artwork will ship within 3 business days of the closing of the sale. Each will be packed flat in a rigid envelope with internal double-sided protection. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
